These Terms of Service govern your use of furvia.shop and purchases from Furvia. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on the store. If you do not agree, do not use the store.
Eligibility and lawful use
You must be able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction and use the store only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the store, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content without permission, or use the service to violate another person's rights.
Product information
We aim to describe and display Furvia accurately, but screen colors, packaging, and minor product details can vary. Product availability, features, prices, and promotions may change. We may correct errors or cancel an affected order and issue an appropriate refund.
Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or suspected resale. Payment, taxes, and any applicable charges are shown at checkout. If an accepted order is cancelled by us, the amount paid for the cancelled portion will be refunded.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, cancellations, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.
Pet-care and product-use notice
Furvia is intended for routine at-home grooming and fur-management tasks. It is not medical equipment and does not diagnose or treat health conditions. It does not replace professional grooming for every coat, severe matting, complex styling, injured or irritated skin, or sensitive-area work. Introduce the unit gradually, supervise use, follow product instructions, keep electrical components dry, and stop if a pet shows significant fear, pain, or distress. Consult a veterinarian or qualified groomer when appropriate.
Intellectual property
The Furvia name, logos, original text, graphics, store design, photographs, videos, and other store content are owned by or licensed to Furvia and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, sold, or used commercially without written permission.
Reviews and submissions
If you submit a review, photograph, video, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, based on your genuine experience, and does not violate another person's rights. You grant Furvia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and use the submission in connection with the store and marketing, subject to applicable law. We may moderate unlawful, misleading, abusive, or irrelevant content.
Third-party services
The store relies on Shopify and may link to or integrate third-party payment, shipping, analytics, advertising, and other services. Your use of a third-party service may also be governed by that provider's terms. Furvia is not responsible for third-party websites that it does not control.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Furvia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of the store or product. Where liability cannot be excluded, Furvia's aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Furvia from third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the store, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms and post the revised version with a new date. We may suspend access for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity. Provisions that by their nature should continue will survive termination.
Severability and applicable law
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. These Terms are governed by applicable law, and mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
