Furvia currently ships to eligible U.S. addresses with free standard shipping. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout.
Processing
Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing before dispatch. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Delivery timing
Delivery time after dispatch varies by destination, carrier conditions, holidays, weather, address accuracy, and order volume. Furvia does not currently guarantee or advertise a fixed delivery window. The most current estimate, when available, will be shown at checkout or provided in your order communications.
Tracking
Tracking is sent to the email address used at checkout after the order is prepared for shipment. A carrier may require additional time before the first scan appears.
Address changes
Email support@furvia.shop immediately if a correction is needed. We will try to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or fulfillment begins.
Delays, loss, or damage
If an order cannot be dispatched within a reasonable period, Furvia will offer a revised estimate or allow cancellation of the unshipped order for a full refund. Contact us with your order number if a package appears lost, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but cannot be located.
